If you zoom into this painting, you will notice the texture of the watercolor paper. In the rain sits a sullen child, heart broken over the death of a feathered friend. In symbolism such as Feng Shui, the death of a bird could have multiple meanings. While many have superstitions that it's the sign of doom, others find that it could be a sign of change, the end of a bad relationship or situation, or a warning sign.
